Social media management for a restoration company
Social media will not send you a burst pipe at 2 a.m. What it does is make your company look alive and local when a homeowner, a plumber or a property manager checks you out before referring or calling. A Facebook Page with a last post from 2023 reads as a company that may not answer. A Page with a job photo every few days reads as a crew that is busy and nearby. That matters more in this trade than in most, because referrers are putting their name on you.
The work is steady, not clever: two to three posts a week from real jobs, a short explanation of what the photo shows, the occasional seasonal reminder about frozen pipes or storm prep, and a monthly post about the team. No memes, no inspirational quotes. Comments and messages answered within the hour during the day, because a message on Facebook is sometimes a job.
After two weeks the Page and Instagram look current, messages are being answered, and there is a photo pipeline from the crews that does not depend on you.
